For the Student

• Students search via search engines or through affiliated websites to locate www.hyperstudy.com
• Students searching via 'Search by Program' are taken to the 'Program Search Tool' to select  'Country' and 'Program' to be given a choice of education providers and locate your 'Enquiry Page'.  
• Students searching via 'Search by Country' just click on their selected country to be given a choice of education providers and locate your 'Enquiry Page'
• When interested, the student selects 'Make an Enquiry' completing contact data and your five questions.
• The student submits their enquiry to go to the education provider (and a local education agent if selected by the education provider).
• The student receives an 'auto- responder' message from you explaining that you will soon make contact and are encouraged to make further investigation or application.
• The student is enrolled directly or via your agent.

For the Agent

• Education provider can select to 'auto-forward' student enquiries to a selected agent using the tool in their 'Enquiry Management System' (EMS).
• The student enquiry arrives in the agents email with a 'Template Message' from you explaining that the enquiry comes via EdMedia.
• The agent can then contact the student and attempt to enrol the student at your institution.
• By agreement with the education provider, the agent enrols the student and receives a commission payment.

For the Education Provider

• You choose an Education Package which most suits your needs.
• Upon receipt of payment you are instructed how to install and use the EdMedia program.
• Student enquiries are sent to a nominated email address and your EMS.
• Using your EMS you can direct enquiries to be sent simultaneously to education agents.
• Using the EMS tools you can optimise your marketing results.
• At any time you can use the EMS to identify enquiries and enrolments.
• Upon completion of your Education Package you check for EdMedia enrolments – and renew/upgrade your EdMedia program if suitable.
