Terms and conditions:

1) When enquiry volume purchased is reached the service will conclude. You will be notified before the conclusion of your campaign and given 14 days to assess your results.

2) Up to 20% of countries listed in the EdMedia database may be ‘declined’ or ‘blocked’. Students from those countries will be unable to access your EdMedia enquiry page and form.

3) Surcharges apply if you wish to block students in more than 20% of countries from making enquiries.

4) Deployment of all campaigns begins immediately upon payment of invoice but takes 30 - 60 days to reach optimal performance due to delays in search engine indexing.

5) All Packages include an auto-responder messaging facility, which advises enquirers you have received their enquiry, and prompts them to take further action.
NOTE: Auto Responders should NOT be used as your only form of follow-up. Your admissions staff and / or agents / representatives should also personally follow-up all enquiries to ensure you be successful at recruiting online.
