Terms and Conditions
- Client agrees to use AppManager exclusively for receiving applications online via its website for the duration of this agreement.
- This agreement is for 3 years from the date of signing this booking confirmation.
- Set up invoice is payable within 30 days of signing the booking confirmation form
- Submitted application fees are payable quarterly in arrears.
Sales Clause: All rates and charges are valid for the period of 14 days from the date of this proposal unless otherwise specified. You will pay all taxes, duties and other government charges payable in connection with the work whether applying as at the date of this proposal or in the future including GST but excluding StudyLink’s income tax. GST will be added at invoice and a tax invoice will be provided. The information in this proposal is subject to change and all opportunities are subject to availability of requested space at the time of booking. Production requests are subject to production schedule space. Work will be deemed booked when EdMedia has accepted a completed and signed StudyLink booking form from you.
